Job Description *

1. Various administration support for GAM team members;

2. Submit expense report timely and accurately, good communication ability with finance;

3. Travel scheduled planned including booking flight, hotel;

4. Tracking report for GAM team’s travelling cost;

5. Schedule and keep meeting minutes per requirement;

6. Assist in other ad-hoc assignments;

Job Requirements *

1. College / Diploma holder in secretarial/English;

2. 1 years relevant experience, excellent fresh graduate is considered also.

3. Basic knowledge is finance;

4. Fluent in written and spoken Putonghua and fair in English;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, properly keep confidential information;

6. Able to meet tight schedules & deadlines;

7. Self-initiative, independent and pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
