职位描述
The HR Operations Responsible is accountable to
? Act as the main point of contact between line managers and specialists on HR issues
? Develop high impact solutions for line managers through understanding of their strategies, business issues, human resources and market challenges
? Support major HR initiatives and services in meeting business goals.
Main Responsibilities
Advisory to the business on HR responsibilities
? Work closely with the business and HR team to provide the best value-added HR solutions that meet the organization needs
? Act as effective business partner to Production Office (PO) management team
? Support HR Manager to build and execute HR strategy to achieve overall business strategy, objectives and goals
? Provide daily supports for HR activities and form a positive working relationship within HR team
? Support and proactively drive the key HR processes in PO: recruitment, performance management, talent management, compensation and benefit, internal & external relations, employee development, salary review, HC planning, budgeting and so on
? Engage in succession planning, manpower planning and organization design to optimize manpower
? Manage the data required in the various systems and tools and prepare reports related to but not limited to: HC, Turnover, HR Operation efficiency
? Assist ad-hoc HR projects and tasks assigned by manager
? Provide coaching to colleagues at all levels
Education, Skills and Experience
Education and Experience
? Professional education in Business, HR Management, or related discipline
? At least 3-5 years related working experience
? Knowledge of different HR functions and how to support line managers
? Provide high quality independent analysis, conclusions and recommendations to management
? Experience in sizable multi-national companies with matrix reporting structure
? Well conversant with local Labor Law, Employees’ Compensation and Tax regulations
Skills and Qualities
? Strong business acumen and results orientation
? Excellent written and spoken English
? Be hands on, work independently and with the confidence. Able to present to management
? Proactive working and helicopter ability
? Flexibility and creativity
? Team oriented
? Good Communicator
? Straightforward and open minded
