You will be responsible for:
? Working closely with MMC, GPC and main market team to set seasonal and long term goals
? Supporting MMC and main market team in analyzing product category data to identify opportunities and potential risk factors – consolidating and communicating results to the organization and the management
? Identifying discrepancies from strategy and work with managers and GPC to correct causes
? Identifying potential capacity bottlenecks, conduct and communicate product risk analysis
? Motivating and driving teams and securing that results are aligned with the strategy
? Working closely and engagingly with the business teams and support functions
We are looking for someone, who:
? Has a degree in Business/Economics or similar and with a few years’ work experience
? Has proven leadership experience and/or have acted as an informal leader
? Has experience in working as a business controller or with similar responsibilities with regards to goal setting and monitoring execution
? Is structured, analytical with excellent communications skills
? Has interest and experience in working with Microsoft Excel
? Is independent and enjoys initiating and driving new structures, processes and methods
? Is a driven team player that can guide, involve and inspire the rest of the team
? Experience in working with supply chain management is a plus
