The client is a German Automotive Components Supplier.

Salary:

Automotive Business Unite Director

Travelling:

Upon work requirements

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Identify potentials regarding sales growth and market share increase in China
+ Management and supervise the daily work of sales and marketing
+ Market forecast and analysis
+ Set up sales price and negotiate with customer
+ Maintain good customer relationship, and ensure customer satisfaction
+ Collection the information about competitors
+ Investigation of new business opportunities
+ Spotlight of related customer policy documentation, warranty agreement, exchange rate policy, terms and conditions, confidential agreement, and scope of service etc.
+ Maintain price lists, costs calculations and quotations as well as statistics (e.g. turnover and margin development on article basis)
+ Support of sales planning activities, work in concert with global (Germany) and local Application Engineering
+ Participate in sales meetings and provide sales reports

Requirements:

+ Minimum 7 years working experience in Automotive Tier-1 Suppliers
+ Preferably have background in Automotive electronic products or mechatronic products
+ Minimum 2 years leadership experience
+ Good network within Car makers
+ Good interpersonal and negotiation skills and act as a powerful team player
+ Good English communication skill verbal and written
+ Good business acumen, can gather and analyze market and competitor information, capture sales opportunities
