Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Ensure timely and accurate financials in accordance to US GAAP and China GAAP
+ Review of internal controls and SOX documentation to ensure compliance to corporate policies and local statutory requirements
+ Responsible for annual budget and monthly forecast of OPEX, including variance analysis
+ Prepare monthly/ad-hoc reporting to support performance tracking and decision making
+ Responsible for Revenue Recognition process and Credit Management Policy
+ Monitor and manage cashflow
+ Liaise with internal and external auditor
+ Ensure compliance with local direct and indirect tax regulation, including transfer price
+ Actively participate in Corporate driven initiatives/projects as required
+ Supervise, coach and motivate the accounting team

Requirements:

+ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications with CPA/ACCA status
+ At least 10 years finance experience, including 5 years of managerial experience, with a MNC
+ Knowledge of US GAAP, Oracle R12, Hyperion is a plus
+ Proficient in MS Word, Advanced Excel and Power Point
+ Must be able to collaborate and interact confidently with different functional groups, hierarchy and cultures within and outside of China
+ Must have the desire to be hands-on with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Should be a self-starter, self-motivated, outgoing, assertive, independent and versatile team player, with the ability to lead discussions, meetings and complex issues
+ Should also be willing to be a business partner to the operations
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin
+ Fluent in written and spoken English is required in order to interact with Corporate and Regional team
