Reporting to:

General Manager

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for the sales of sealing products in China
+ Development of the growth of the domestic market and sales team
+ Leading the sales team to achieve sales target according to the company business target, through the effective management of customer relationships and maintenance of strategic partners
+ Customer sales contract execution
+ Understand the Chinese seal and competitive market environment, and formulates the corresponding strategy planning and strategy implementation
+ In charge of cost budget and control the department, leading the team to complete the sales target
+ Provide training and guidance to sales team members, to enhance their professional sales skills
+ Establish and strengthen the sales process management, to achieve maximum efficiency and high rate of signing

Requirements:

+ University degree with major in mechanical or electro-mechanical or industry control or related
+ 5 to 10 years sales experience in similar industry with at least 3 years in management position
+ Familiar with the sealing industry customers, sales channels, with rich connections
+ Good communication skills, team cooperation ability, good negotiation skills and decision-making skills
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent in spoken and written English
+ Ability to work under strong pressure with good mental & personal quality
