ABOUT DIRECT HR:

The client is a European Household Appliances Company.

Country Manager (Greater China)


Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews


Responsibilities:

> Financial Management:
+ Net Sales, Gross Profit, volume sales of his/her existing customers or the ones he/she will appoint
+ Work with his/her manager on setting-up pricing and payment terms policies for each dealer and for the region
+ Work with Controller to track accounts receivable and assist with collections

> Dealer/ Partner/ Customer Management:
+ Find and develop new dealers for replacement / unit sales
+ Follow up on a daily basis the business activities of his/her customers to ensure growth and bring corrective actions when and where needed
+ Establish alliance dealers/ partners to create new business opportunities for growth of Food Service in the region

Relationship Management:
+ Develop contacts and establish good relationship with decision makers to generate unit sales pipeline and collaborate with the respective stake holders to expand market penetration
+ Conduct regular visits and communication with decision makers at key accounts in the region to nurture a strong relationship and to stay attuned to customer feedback including competitive knowledge, and follow up the leads on any new or expansion requirements

> Strategy Implementation:
+ Implement the regional strategy and rules locally;

> Marketing:
+ Propose regularly marketing activities to the Region Head to develop the business and make suggestion about the market needs in terms of machines and services

> Innovation:
+ Propose to the Product Line, new concepts / solutions and products needed to better serve a market or a segment and make preliminary surveys on the needs and implications

> Market Profiling and Analysis
+ Inform regularly his/her direct line manager about the markets and the trends in his/her field of responsibilities
+ Provide business trip reports and monthly market reports to his/her management

> Reporting:
+ Prepare the weekly & monthly sales report
+ Tracking of sales targets
+ Monitor and update management on market trends, competitors///' activities (pricing & strategies) and end-user preferences through constant communication with both internal and external parties


Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration/ Engineering
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Minimum 8 years of proven dealer management experience from relevant B2B food service industry in Greater China
Strong account management experience, project management experience and relationship management experience, business consultation experience

Project management
Financial management
Deal structuring, negotiation, documentation and execution
Good analytical and business acumen skill
Knowledge of commercial Food Service industry
Good written and communication skill
Ability to influence, convince and motivate other people
Presentation skill
Product positioning and marketing skill
Business consultation skill
Good interpersonal skill
Good MS Office PC Knowledge
Language : English and Chinese
Speedy execution
Willing and able to travel extensively (50% of time)

Knowledge of commercial Food Service business
Understanding of commercial pressures and business drivers
Experience in sales
Result orientated team player
Knowledge of Dealer Management and Food Service Product
Experience in dealing with external and internal clients
Entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to work independently but also a good team player
