Client:

The client is leading EU manufacturing company with a reputable brand worldwide. Currently they are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to cover China and Asia region.

Salary:

Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Starting date:

As soon as possible

Location:

Shanghai, China

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Working on tax audits for the entire entity in AP region
+ Responsible for the Tax affairs ( income tax, turnover tax and customs duty, corporate tax)
+ Work in tax reporting with US GAAP and coordination of tax accounting
+ Cooperate in transfer pricing arrangement and corporate efficiency improvement
+ Take care capitalization status of Asia Region
+ Execute dividend planning
+ Cross function support with tax related suggestion

Requirements:

+ 7 to 10 years of directly related experience in big MNC with China Tax, Asia Tax experience is a plus

+ University or Bachelor's Degree in finance related, muster is a plus

+ Certification in Taxation is a plus

+ VAT and transfer pricing is a must

+ Strong business sense

+ Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines

+ Excellent English and Chinese language skills
