The client is a European Luxury Apparel Brand.

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ This position will have 5 key responsibilities: Accounting, Foreign Exchange, Tax, Audit and team management
+ Prepare and input vouchers for SH Headquarter & all branches on a monthly base
+ Check and control cash inward with daily sales report, make sure sales report can match with real cash inward, record the deposit movement on a daily base
+ Prepare sales & cost summary for reporting, review expense claim
+ Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow and cash status
+ Check AP and AR statement for inter-company, draft Cash Forecast, and prepare P&L,and all related analysis report and send to HK for checking
+ Analyze GL ac balance and control the correction of the entry booking, payroll expense checking and booking, GL entry and monthly adjustment entry booking, prepare month end closing, etc
+ Communicate with SAFE for related issues and to prepare payment with related foreign currencies
+ Handle problem related to TAX declaration,prepare necessary documents and finance data for tax declaration for headquarter and all Branches, no-trading FX payment tax issue application, issue VAT invoice in tax machine and VAT input verification
+ Coordinate yearly audit coordinating
+ Responsible for managing a small team of accountants and the accuracy and quality of their work

Requirements:

+ Bachelor Degree ideally in finance or accounting
+ At least 7 years of accounting experience
+ Experience in Retail or luxury industry
+ At least 2 years of management experience
+ Speak Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
