Client:

The client is a leading company in flexible, highly integrated semiconductor power management solutions. The company is based in SU and has R&D and facilities in US and Asia, currently is in expanding and fast development period with IPO program in process. They are looking a experienced BD Director to join in and lead their Greater China business.

Salary:

Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Reporting to:

Sales VP

Travelling:

About 30%

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Development of strategic account relationships leading to opportunities resulting in significant revenue
+ Comprehensive selling to hardware and software engineering, system architects, procurement management, and ultimately customer executives will be required
+ Be “The Expert” in Solution Selling of company Product and Solutions
+ Collaborate in the creation of, and implementation of, sales/marketing plans focused on aggressively promoting of solutions into the market
+ Collaborate in the creation of, and implementation of, sales/marketing plans focused on aggressively promoting of PAC-based solutions into the market
+ Contributing to the development of new hardware and software solutions for the target market/customers by collaborating with product line marketing, applications engineering, and development
+ Team building and development

Requirements:

+ Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science; Masters Degree a preferred
+ Leadership experience over 5 years
+ Candidate should have proved successful hardware and software design experience in the following applications:
- Digital Controlled Power Electronic Systems
- Power Management;
- Motor Control Systems
+ Online and offline UPS, LED Lighting, Solar Inverter a plus
+ minimum of 10 years of experience in combined technical sales and/or marketing role. Engineering background required with demonstrated business track record
+ System selling of firmware and MCU/Microcontroller/ARM? based systems required :Power System and Motor Control highly desired; Semiconductor experience desired; Field Applications or previous System Engineering experience is a plus
+ Frequent travel when necessary
