ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Sr. HR Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Take over Whole China recruitment & HR Operation job responsibility.
+ Lead HR operation team and giving guidance.
+ Set up and implement China recruitment plan; Handle recruiting activities for all employees from staff level middle level to high level manager positions
+ Consults across Talent Acquisition on sourcing strategies and market trends
+ Partner to complete HRIS projects
Requirements:
