ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is a well-known brand in FMCG industry and has a strong market share, they have formulated a very clear business mission and fast development plan in China. Currently they are seeking a strong candidate to lead the finance operation and supporting the business.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Shanghai, China
# of subordinates:
25
Reporting to:
MD and HQ Finance Head
Travelling:
About 10-15%
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Lead the finance operation and supporting the business
+ Overseeing the whole group’s accounting cycle and process
+ Budget Controlling: prepared Budget / difference analysis/ control effect
+ Capital invest and Cash-flow management Analysis
Requirements:
+ Background in finance or accounting or related majors
+ At least 15 years of working experience, MNC working experience would be highly preferred
+ Overall Skills in accounting, controlling and analysis, can step up to a strong business partnership role
+ Experience with reporting to GM is a must
+ Native Chinese speaker with fluency in English
