DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

The clieng is a famous automotive engineering consultancy company.
Salary:

Reporting to:
Manager
Travelling:
Occasionally
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Be responsible for technical project management in the field of vehicle development
+ Coordinate different engineering departments of the vehicle development
+ Create and control the time schedules
+ Be responsible for organization, implementation and documentation of meetings with other teams, e.g. development, controlling, marketing
+ Prepare the project reports and other communication tasks within the project
Requirements:
+ Completed degree in Engineering (e.g. mechanical, vehicle, automotive, engine or equivalent education in a related subject)
+ About 3 to 5 years work experience of technical project management in automotive industry
+ High customer-orientation, solution-orientation and flexibility
+ Independent and team working ability
+ Very good German or English skills, Chinese language will be a plus
+ Excellent communication skills, confident manner and intercultural competence
+ Experience in Asia will be a plus
