ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Daily management of quality teams at different MFG locations/Suppliers
+ Responsible for Implementing and supporting OEM Quality Process and adherence to Product Creation Process (PCP)
+ Pre-production quality assurance planning(APQP) to include incoming inspection procedures
+ Conducting, Reviewing and approving PPAP requirements
+ Review and verify supplier samples and specifications and conduct CAR and evaluate supplier FMEA
+ Review and accept Corrective Action plans
+ Team feasibility commitments
+ Risk evaluations
+ Product quality planning summaries
+ Process sign off
+ Appearance approval
+ Packaging reviews
+ Documentation of customer product packaging specifications
+ Manage on-going supplier audits and
+ Monitor and manage inspection SCR analysis
Requirements:
+ Should have at least 5 years in relevant Quality and Operations experience
+ A four-year Engineering degree is required advanced degree preferred
+ Should have strong communication, organizational, project management, presentation, and customer service skills
+ Should have solid influential communication skills
+ Have the ability to lead change, and to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
+ Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Have leadership potential to coach, mentor and develop suppliers and people
+ Experience with Microsoft Office products
