Client:
The client is a European leading company with aggressive growth over the globe in home appliance industry. To support their business expansion in China, they are looking for an experienced individual to join their marketing team based in Shanghai.
Salary:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Regular market analysis report
+ POS execution evaluation and executable instruction
+ Training structure, materials and promoter capability improvement
+ Regular market analysis report at monthly base
+ Market movement in terms of category, segment, pricing, key functions & features
+ Competition scan in terms of brand share, key driving PNCs, key activities behind growth
+ POS execution evaluation and executable instruction
+ Tracking item build-up with template via mystery shopper visit and promoter leader store visit
+ Sort out solution and share executable instruction
+ Training structure, materials and promoter capability improvement
+ National promotion plan development based on market analysis and instruction
+ Align with sales and customer to implement
+ Post promotion evaluation with learning and solid action forward for improvement
+ Budget control to in line with promotion plan
Requirements:
+ Minimum of 8 years of similar work experience retail management preferably in household appliance industry at a multinational company
+ Well experienced in key account management and customer
+ Fluent verbal and written in Chinese Mandarin and English is a must
+ Leadership experience
+ Excellent communication skills
+ University Degree or above qualification
+ Mature and stable personality, quick response
