ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Garantee that the rules defined by company are applied on site, and accomplish the daily management and tasks from direct manager
+ Make Monthly and Annually Operation Report
+ Organize a monthly project manager meeting regularly, find and solve the problems, and praise the staff who is well behaved during work
+ Define distribution of shifts and people per manager with principle of equity
+ Develop direction & structure-guides the setting of specific and measurable department goals and objectives
+ Help clarify roles and responsibilities of top management team and departments Provide a work environment that engenders positive energy, creativity and teamwork among employees
+ Plan operations budget definition and expense monitoring & control with Finance Manager
+ Check the company assets and the usage of the materials on the operation site regularly
+ Support and cooperate HR Department's work
+ Timely adjust personnel according to the current operation situation of company
+ Support and cooperate Account & Finance Department's work
+ Support and cooperate Sales Department’s work
+ Find and identify any business opportunities, to looking for new potential client
+ Support and cooperate QC Department’s work
Requirements:
+ Engineering graduate degree or equivalent
+ Extensive hands-on management experience in an industrial setting (at least 7 years)
+ At least 3 years in similar role
+ Relevant working experience in managing a team
+ Experience with production planning, control tools
+ Ability to persuade and influence
+ An eye for detail and quality
+ Excellent planning and organization skills
+ Good result oriented personality
+ Intercultural competence enabling to interact with Western and Chinese counterparts
+ Be able to understand organizational dynamics and the ability to react to these
+ Strong sense of responsibility
+ Efficient and effective communicator
+ Fluency in both Chinese Mandarin and English
