Job Responsibilities:

- Managing day to day client relationships and ensuring accurate and timely candidate submission

- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies;

- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment

- Working towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated;

- Regular meeting clients and interviewing candidates

- To achieve a certain KPI (Key performance index) every month.

Job Requirements:

- Min. 3 years of working experience in recruitment industry

- Good spoken English is an advantage

- Independent, dynamic, mature, result oriented and with drive to achieve

- Good interpersonal skills to continuously deal with a variety of people.

- Thrive under pressure and excel in meeting targets

- Be professional, presentable and an upstanding representative of our company

- Determine, confident and have a never say die attitude
