工作职责：

1、店面营运的管理

2、货品管理：进新货、盘点等

3、客户服务：收银、整理衣物、退换货、处理客户投诉等

4、店铺人事工作：协助店长管理SA（销售助理），排班表，给SA做培训

5、销售管理工作：负责店铺的财务管理，每日做sales报表等

6、服装的搭配，店面的装饰陈列

工作要求：

1、大专以上，年龄22-28岁

2、喜爱时尚，对时尚有很强的敏感度，并热爱时尚服装零售业

3、有领导、组织能力、协调能力，并能应对突发状况，能吃苦耐劳

4、英语口语优秀，能用英语进行沟通和表达（有海外留学背景者优先考虑）
