Job Responsibilities

- Source candidates and handle interviews independently

- Establish and maintain client communication

- Follow up with candidates presented to clients at key steps in the recruitment process

- Prepare candidates well before interviewing with a client. Provide support and follow-up during offer negotiation, offer signing and on-boarding

- Maintain good relationships with candidates. Regularly keep candidates warm and stay abreast of key updates in their career

Job Requirements

- At least 3 years’ recruitment experience without industry restrictions

- Be flexible in taking different assignments with a can-do attitude and hands-on ability

- A quick learner who has integrity and is humble, honest and down-to-earth

- A good, approachable team player

- Good communication skills
