Job Responsibilities

? Drive recruitment progress and result

? Conduct face-to-face candidate interviews, especially for supervisory positions or above

? Handle offer management

? Communicate with clients and build the relationship

? Coach back-office staff who is supporting same tasks

Job Requirements

? 3 years or above recruitment experience; both in-house background and 3^rd party background is considerable

? Better having know-how of Luxury/Retail/FMCG industries

? Hands-on in every piece of work of recruitment

? Mature, good at thinking

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Good written English and workable oral English
