Our customer is a leading European Group which produced home appliance, now they are seeking a capable candidate to join their family.
Internal Auditor (Dongguan)
Report to Head Of Internal Audit
Responsibilities:
1. Assessing and evaluating the design and financial and operating effectiveness of internal controls across a range of operational processes;
2. Assessing financial and business risk;
3. Evaluating the effectiveness efficiency of business processes;
4. Assisting management develop business process improvement initiatives;
5. Identifying best practices to improve process efficiency and improve cost effectiveness;
6. Supporting the development of the audit scopes and detailed test plans;
7. Writing audit reports in English for management summarizing the assessment of controls and development of practical recommendations to improve controls;
8. Perform other ad hoc duties that might be assigned from time to time by the Head of Internal Audit;
9. Supporting of the HQ Internal Audit Team during the reviews of other Chinese companies;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business is required:
2. CIA or CPA preferred but not required;
3. Ideally 3 or 4 yrs of Big Four or National CPA firm experience is preferred;
4. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
5. Strong preference to candidates with Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel or MS Access or ACL;
6. SAP technical knowledge is a plus;
7. internal audit？Strong understanding of principles;
8. organizational？Strong analytical and skills;
9. valued？Ability to build effective and relationships;
10. Strong communication, interview presentation skills across all levels of management;
11. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
12. Ability to work independently;
13. Ability to understand, document and analyze processes, risks and controls from an internal audit or SOX vie wpoint;
