Position: Production Management Control Supervisor
Responsibilities
To act as the Production Planning and Control service professional and functional master of steel tool during mold making and production in order to deliver excellent capacity planning, production scheduling, allocation production resources for balancing customer requirements and production capabilities to meet the sales target
To supervise daily operation of capacity planning, production scheduling and control team to allocate production resources for balancing customer requirements and production capabilities
To monitor the Master Production Schedule to optimize production to meet the sales requirements
To monitor production status and delivery schedule to meet deadline
To monitor the PMC/SAP system to capture production data, generate statistical report for management improvement
To work proactively and closely with external/internal business partner to enhance and optimize the operational efficiency and effectiveness
To recommend and implement system and measures to improve planning and resource utilization

Requirements
Degree holder in Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics Management or related discipline
8 years hands-on experience in production planning and control operations and at least 3-4 years at supervisor level, preferably in Steel Tooling sector (but not a must)
Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
Analytical, innovative and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Highly self-motivated and directed, details-minded and able to work under pressure
Proficient MS skills and experience in MRP software
ISO9001 and OHAS18000 or other Quality Management System is an advantage
Fluent verbal and written English and Chinese
