ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is an international company specialized in electronic components.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:

Location:
Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Group CFO and China GM
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
Head of Finance within the location and is responsible for the full spectrum of Finance and Legal activities.
+ Oversee financial and management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, tax matters for plant level
+ Drive operations on cost and profitability improvement
+ Support the plant on strategic and financial advice, including all aspects of financial controls
+ Support plant to drive cost and profitability improvement programs
+ Ensure management and statutory reporting are submitted within deadlines
+ Oversee financial planning & forecasting and gap analysis
+ Implement and comply with Group Finance policies and procedures
+ Work with tax agents for deferred tax computations and annual filings
+ Ensure internal controls are in place
+ Train and manage finance staff to ensure the smooth running and operations of the finance department
+ Review of contracts with the plant legal advisor
+ Adhoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
+ CPA/CA with 10 to 20 years experience in multinational company or manufacturing industry
+ Experience in manufacturing environment will be an advantage
+ Ability to extract analytical and timely financial data for management decision-making
+ Flexible, hands-on and self-motivated
+ Interpersonal skills to deal with the bankers, auditors and government officials
+ Good Leadership experience
+ Possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills
+ Fluency in both Chinese Mandarin and English is required
