ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is a world-leading manufacturer of industrial adhesives.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience) OR Up to RMB [0,000 / month OR year] (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Line Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Extending the network of technical specialists at potential clients
+ Realising new projects at potential clients and existing projects which are already in the sales funnel
+ Internal and external project management
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree of Engineering (physics, electrical or electronic engineering)
+ Master degree is preferred
+ Related work experience, preferably including engineering role, ideally design engineering role
+ Preferably from industry like electronics, manufacturing, displays, mobile devices,consumer goods manufacturing, automotive, industrial equipment
+ Problem solving and analytical skills
+ Technical knowledge (less important if can demonstrate rapid learning and comprehension)
+ Willingness to learn continuously (travel to Germany for 2 months training)
+ Valid driving licence holder
+ English langguage skills are required to communicate with colleagues at head office and line managers
