职位描述
工作内容:
- 协助主管对所辖销售团队进行日常管理,培训培养团队成员成长/达成销售目标
- 协同销售团队拜访重点客户,给予销售人员及时有效的指导和在岗培训
- 负责市场、竞争对手动态的收集反馈和应收款的管理
- 配合主管与其他部门协调,确保团队运作顺畅
- 协助主管根据当地市场情况制定并完善产品策略、销售策略
- 执行公司安排的其他工作
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历
- 3年以上销售团队管理工作经验,具备国内知名企业或外资企业从业背景
- 具备管理10人以上销售团队的经验
- 具备良好的沟通能力、优秀的分析/应变能力
- 自我学习能力强,有高度的工作热情及良好的客户服务意识、团队合作精神
- 诚实守信,有很强的上进心和责任心,能承受工作压力
- 良好的英文阅读能力, 熟练使用各种办公软件
Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager with the sales team routine management as well as development of team member and support to complete sales goal;
- Participate in meeting key customers, as well as on OTJ and supporting;
- Responsible for marketing and competitor dynamics collection, management of account receivable;
- Assist the manager to coordinate team operation as well as communication with different departments;
- Assist the manager to design the local market strategy of product and sales;
- Implement other tasks assigned.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- More than 3 years management experience focused on sales in well-known domestic enterprises or overseas companies;
- Experience in leading a sales team including more than 10 members;
- Strong ability in communication as well as analysis and resilience;
- Good self-study ability and high work initiative, with strong sense of customer service and team spirit;
- High proficiency in oral and written English and good knowledge in office application software;
- Honesty, high responsibility and ambition.
