- 根据外包协议，办理客户员工的录用、社会保险及住房公积金手续，提供人事外包服务；
- 保证客户员工在正常情况下录用的进程，及时反馈跟踪特殊事项的办理；
- 解答客户及员工人事方面的操作问题，提供政策咨询服务；
- 客户信息的系统录入、填写，并确保系统录入数据的正确和及时；
- 完成上级布置的其他工作。

职位要求：
- 大专以上学历，一年以上人事工作经验；
- 熟悉国家劳动法规、东莞地方人事政策及人事事务工作的操作；
- 细致主动，具备较强的亲和力及服务意识，优秀的团队合作精神；
- 良好的职业道德，能保守工作机密。
