Rich knowledge and experience in lighting industry;

Be Familiar with LED products;

Develop products in line with UL/FCC standards and with customers' quality and performance standards and guidelines;

Rich experience in Power Factor, lighting efficiency, efficacy and other energy saving standards.

Knowledge in Optical solutions

Follow up with product certificate listing

Work with vendors in the industrialization of LED Lighting system;

Work with vendors for production process setup and verify production tooling,

Monitor the new product development process and time scheduling

Work with vendor to prepare electrical component specifications

Work on cost effective solutions

Prepare product documentation and test procedures for PPAP samples;

Support the QC department to set up quality control process and testing requirements
