Job description
Basic Qualifications:
Able to communicate with others clearly, smoothly and effectively
Has strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Deliver commitment to others on time, with high quality
Good English communication in writing , listening and speaking
Has following Technical Skills
Ranked above average to outstanding post technical assessment (IPATO score above average).
Object-oriented design methodologies, design patterns, component architectures, complex systems analysis and design skills, embodied in debugging and optimizing systems.
In-depth J2EE or C++ Programming skills.
Baseline knowledge of operating systems, enterprise applications and middleware
Knowledge/experience in mobile is a plus
Has following Experience
Minimum of 3 months experience in team-based organizations and software development projects
Programming or consulting outside the classroom, i.e., website, game or device development, developing a solution or supporting the computing environment for a family business,
Competing in technical contests, membership in technical student organization, etc.
Active participation and leadership roles in professional communities and/or in academic or professional competitions.
Preferred:
Current or former IBM Co op, Intern or Extreme Blue with SW project experience
GPA (3.2 or higher on a 4.0 scale)
Leadership demonstrated in campus or internship.
