? Performs daily processing transactions in IFS
? Assists IFS ETO Hub team in the following.
– Order entry, project setup assistance to PA’s
– Cost Registration
– Journal entry preparation
– Project completions & closures; IFS structure & stat account updating
? Ability to help ETO Hub team in case of absence of existing employees during month end close process.
? Knowledge of IFS system a plus but not a requirement.
? Assists Asia Pacific region in preparation of IFS system upgrade through general data cleansing/review of existing/old projects.
This employee will have the opportunity to lean more about Global solutions, the IFS system process, and project management tracking as well as month end close process and other accounting activities.
Business degree.
Strong Microsoft skills a requirement; knowledge of HFM, MGF/PRO, HP and IFS a plus.
1/2 to 2 years of work experience.
Fluency in English is a requirement and ability to individually work & take ownership of ad hoc requests.
