The position will be based in Flextronics Dalingshan site.

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting and reporting timely and efficiently. In charge of all finance aspect of the factory.
• Managed and cost controlling of the business activities. Provide advice and assist the GM of the factory.
• Manage and motivate finance team.
• Drive lean and Productivity improvement in Finance activities.
• Good English communication skills and presentation skills.
• Able to drive operation in cost controlling and improve efficiency via financial information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Accounting, Degree Holder.
• Sufficient experience in accounting analysis, problem solving and report making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. (Excel, MS Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Able to use ERP/Accounting software. (Preferably for Baan)
• Work at big manufacturing industry or EMS.
• Meticulous, Analytical and good supervisory skills.
• Be good at spoken and written English.
