Responsibilities

• Input sample information/data based on breakdown checklist into LIMS

将测试样板拆分表相关信息输入LIMS系统

• Generate order no. In LIMS system for samples

将测试样板信息例如客户名称，样板描述等输入系统并生成订单号码

• Upload sample photo into LIMS

上传测试样品图片

• Scan test application form

扫描测试申请单

• Sample receipt registration & sample return follow up

测试样板接收登记/退板

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in factory, trading company or testing lab breakdown department

最少一年在贸易公司，第三方实验室或工厂文职工作经验

• Basic chemical knowledge

具有基本的化学方面的知识

• Understand (read) basic English, CET 4 is preferred

理解基本的英文，英文4级最好

• Familiar with Office Software such like Word, Excel, PPT, etc......

熟悉Office软件例如Word, Excel, PPT

• Team spirity & communication skills

团队精神及良好的沟通技巧

• Can work under pressure such like work overtime in peak season

可以承受压力例如旺季加班

• Technical Secondary School in Science/English or related field

中专或以上学历，专业: 理工类或英文类
