职位描述

HR & Admin Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Administer the organisation's established human resource programmes (including recruitment, compensation and benefit, training, employee relations, etc. ) so that they are implemented efficiently and equitably and comply with all relevant collective agreements, individual employment contracts, regulations, laws, and the organisation's employment policies and standards.
- Ensure that organisation and employee-related records are accurate, accessible and secure and in compliance with relevant privacy regulations. Information managed may include job history; retirement and insurance documentation; leave records; and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression.
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management, to meet company requirements, legal obligations, or for external agencies. Statistics analyzed may include employee demographics, skills inventory, absences, overtime, or employee turnover.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organisation's current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically. These activities may include: office supplies, equipment, and inventory; administrative assistance; hotel and transportation arrangement; mail, record management; cleaning, maintenance services and dormitory management etc.
- Liaise with functional supervisors to ensure that office administration policies, programmes and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs.
- Supervises a team of human resources and administrative staff to carry out day-to-day HR & office administrative duties.

Education and/or Experience:
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in human resources and office administration, at least 3 years at supervisory level.
- With factory/dormitory management experience is preferable.
