Position Description：

1. Liaise with vendors on order placement, order administration and shipping & packaging instruction.
2. Closely co-ordinate with sourcing teams and customers to follow up delivery schedule.
3. Closely co-ordinate with Global HQ supply Chain to maintain smooth ordering process.
4. Ensure suppliers submit shipping documents on time and coordinate with finance team on invoicing process.
5. Ensure the data regarding PO and delivery status in SAP is updated in a timely manner and accurate.
6. Created PO in SAP when necessary.
7. Execute tasks linked to constantly improve service to customer.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. University graduate
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in order administration/ merchandising/ shipment arrangement.
3. Previous working experience in apparel or footwear industry is an advantage.
4. Knowledge of China customs regulations, China tariff and domestic sales in an asset.
5. Excellent command of spoken & written English and ability to communicate in an international environment.
6. Good planning & organization skills, detail oriented and able to perform multi-tasks.
7. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, team player and strong interpersonal skills.
8. Good PC skills, especially excel and outlook. SAP experience is preferable but not essential.
