职位描述

Principle Accountabilities:

l Understand and apply Quality methodologies (DFQ, DFMEA, PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, CAR’s, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, ISO, Lean Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Product-Specific Quality Audits, etc.) to manufacturing base in order to make the highest quality products possible.

l Leading site and BU operations customer audits or industrial regulatory audits and corrective/preventive actions.

l Work cross-functionally with operations and Business Unit teams while being responsible for product/supplier qualification, supplier quality metrics, audits and corrective/preventive action process for new and existing supplier.

l Measure, monitor and improve factory quality performance based on established acceptable quality and performance KOIs .

l Support root cause analysis on process or product related issues, including customer returns, and drive corrective actions to eliminate the problems at the source; Initiate and implement process, quality, and documentation improvement projects based on quality performance data.

l Enforce industry best quality manufacturing practices at manufacturing site, including specifying and monitoring IQC, OBA, ORT, GR&R, FAI, and the implementation and management of the overall Quality Strategy for the product line.

l Additionally, work with core teams including customer to determine Critical to Quality (CTQ) attributes for the component/system and tie those attributes into the specification and the Quality Management System.

Job Requirements:

l BS in Engineering and/or Quality Engineer certification, Six Sigma Black belt is a plus

l 10+ years of experience in manufacturing with quality experience.

l Working experience with product standards, statistical methods, risk management, and corrective/preventive action process.

l Knowledge of Quality System Regulation and ISO/TS/TL Quality System Standard.

l Good verbal and written communication skills demonstrated by ability to generate technical reports, Bilingual (English and Chinese)

l Experience in mechanical manufacturing and quality in electronics industry, including products such as medical, auto, industrial testing, telecom, etc..(at least one)

l Proven track record implementing continuous quality improvement programs

l People skills, especially able to influence others w/o direct manager authority

l Great attention to detail and able to manage several projects simultaneously

l Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, train, and develop teams

l High-level leadership and decision-making skills

l Expert in Quality Methodologies and product reliability experience is a plus
