招聘专员

Requirement:
1. Minimum 3 year experience in HR especially in recruitment
2. Knowledge working with job boards, databases, public networking sites, consultants
3. Experience interviewing senior level positions
4. Experience writing job descriptions
5. Strong negotiation skills
6. Strong ability to sell/convince a prospective candidate
7. Very good knowledge of MS Office and Windows
8. Good English Communication skills


- 至少三年人力资源工作经验，熟练招聘流程和面试技巧
- 负责中国及海外人才招聘工作，具有猎头工作经验者优先考虑
- 具有良好的沟通协调及人才判断能力，能独立负责各部门的招聘工作
- 英语听说读写熟练，能适应与不同国籍的同事共同工作
