Principal Accountabilities:

• According the standard project SOP or test design, organize the sensory evaluation test, Be responsible for daily sample preparation/test organization/quality control/data collection etc. Analyze experimental results and draw meaningful conclusions
• Set up related panel team, do panelists scheduling/record/performance evaluation etc. Advice on panel’s performance and make adjustment accordingly. Generating monthly progress reports.
• Lab management. Keep all machines/supplies/panelists in working order and all routine data recorded.

Essential Functions/Requirements:

• English passing University Grade Four, and good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good written and communication skill.

Education, Experience, Skills:

• B.S. in food science, food engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering or other related majors.
• Over 1 year of bench top experience in a food application/R&D or food QA/QC laboratory.
• Over 2 years of relevant working experience in food industry, preferable in foreign company.
• Good experimental/analytical skills , basic safety sense/knowledge and good communication skills.
• Be a good organizer and planer with sense of time.Capable of lead a panel team with different background and age. Capable of prioritize in a multi-task environment.
• Accoutable and scrupulous with professional ethics.
• Flexible and be good at take notes
• Sensory training education a plus.
• Sensory test experience preferred.
• The applications experience is a plus
• Open attitude, extrovert and candid. Good team work player. Self-starters preferred.
• Basic statistical knowledge a plus.
• Project management experience preferred.
