岗位职责:

⑴ 日常的客户来访接待与电话接听，并做好相关的登记工作；
⑵ 信件接收和派发，合同回执的签收；
⑶ 早会前后出勤报表制作、派发照会；
⑷ 制作每天业绩报表与海报；
⑸ 新单合同及营运资料的签收与缮发，对新单合同质量与内容进行抽检，做好每天报表登记工作；
⑹ 礼品售卖、订购和管理；会议室预订及登记工作；
⑺ 代理人资格证登记和发放、派发代理人的工资单、胸卡、展业证等；
⑻ 为了满足业务需求，部门主管交代的其他事项。

任职资格:

⑴ 大专或以上学历；
⑵ 一年以上文秘、前台或客服工作；
⑶ 良好的沟通及表达能力；
⑷ 熟练使用办公软件，有一定行政能力；
⑸ 有较好的国语水平；
⑹ 良好的服务意识；
