主要职责：
全面负责集团及各关联公司的法律事务工作；
接受企业法定代表人的委托，代理企业的诉讼和非诉讼活动，处理公司有关纠纷、仲裁事宜；
负责企业对外合同的谈判、起草和评审工作，维护公司合法权益；
参与公司投资项目，提供相关法律意见；
负责指导和规范各关联公司法务项目支援，建立健全法律顾问工作。

要求：
法律专业本科及以上学历，具有律师执业资格；
具有八年以上知名律师事务所或大型跨国企业法务团队领导经验；
熟知中国相关法律法规，了解相关国际法规及惯例；
具有外商投资、并购项目的相关经验；
具有优秀的人际沟通与协调能力，具有影响力和领导力，有效带领和指导团队达成工作目标；
英文流利；
