职位描述
Main Purpose
To ensure Dongguan site recruitment function can provide service timely and efficiently, This role also need to take care of ER function to measure and against the legal risks
Summary
Ensure HR recruitment function running under company policy .According hiring manager’s recruitment requirements to identify proper recruitment channel, provide suitable candidates and ensure company can hire competent manpower to support company strategy. Balance recruitment costs efficiently
Need to handle ER issues such as labor relationship related arbitration, court lawsuit etc.
Need to consult to HR manager to minimize company labor relationship related legal risks.
Conduct employee survey and implement the following improvement action plan.
Main Responsibilities
. Review recruitment channel regularly
. Search and build up full spectrum staff hiring use talents pool and back up hunting channel
. Ensure all hiring requirement go through internal approval procedure
. Collaborate with Line Managers to implement the recruitment per to corporate recruitment
process
. Conduct the first round interview and recommend competent candidates to hiring manager to
make further selection
. Management of HR Data Base/MyCMS system and ensure MyCMS data update on time and
accuracy, ensure P1-P3 database/policy/process compliance
. Deliver headcount reports and recruitment reports daily or weekly
. Communicate with different layer of employees regularly to collect employees feedback, voice,
opinions to assist management decision
. Receive ,handle employees complaints, solve emergency employee issues
. Act as an internal consultant on labor contract law, mental healthy and employee welfare etc.
. Prepare and handle employee arbitration case or lawsuit used documents and go to the court to
defense as a company lawyer if there needed
. Conduct exit interview and prepare related reports
. Assist manager to conduct annual performance evaluation
. Follow other temporary assignment from Manager
Minimum Requirements: Education & Experience
. Bachlor in HR or business management
. 2 to 3 years HR recruitment officer work experiences in US or European manufacturing
company
. Fluent English reading & written
. Know about China labor contract law , know how to conduct interview
. Skilled in Mircrosoft word , excel , PPT etc
Minimum Requirements: Knowledge & Skills
. English CET 6, fluent oral and written English
. Communication skills
. Computer skills
. Presentation skills
. Carefully and patiently
