职位描述

JOB SUMMARY:

The job holder is responsible for the Quality Control & Testing for Decorative Acessories from our vendors. He/she will be responsible to improve the quality of our products, ensure 100% compliance with our QA & Testing protocols, and hold our vendors accountable to our high WSI quality standards.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implement in-line and final inspection procedures to effectively reduce each factory’s returns and improve their on-time deliveries.

2. Apply necessary 100% or AQL inspections as necessary per product category.

3. Develop a technical and business rapport with factory management, staff, and personnel.

4. Insure proper WSI QA coverage at all factory locations.

- Train, schedule and coach staff.

- Insure staff is properly equipped to perform their jobs effectively.

- Ensure Product Data Sheets/MCS/MCP/Test Reports are in place and updated.

- Evaluate Quality team performance on a quarterly and annual basis.

- Understand and train staff in testing and regulatory requirements.

- Assist factories to develop their own in-house quality control processes and testing systems.

- Ensure all production corrective/preventive action plans are implemented in a timely and effective manner.

- Work closely with the technical development team to anticipate and correct issues before production begins.

- Ensure on-going products are tested annually.

- Provide Quality statistical information as required.


DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

  • At lest a degree(BA/BS)with 5-8 years' of QC & testing experience for Decorative Accessories.
  • Effective communication & report writing skills in English.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
  • Good leadership capabilities to drive projects to successful completion
  • Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management
  • Able to develop Quality team/testing lab team.
