2. Have 2 years plus experience in paint or related field; Experience with different groups (R&D, QC etc) is a plus;

职位描述：
1. Improve production process by formula optimize with related departments;
协同相关部门一起优化配方，改进生产流程。
2. Set-up new working procedures for new practice, timely review and update exist SOPs;
起草新的操作流程，定期回顾更新已有操作流程
3. Standardize mill operation, tint paste and other intermediates production; Summarize tank & equipment use and improve cycle time & utilization by product group;
对研磨机操作，色浆及其它半制品生产标准化。分析总结设备使用效率，缩短生产周期。
4. Initiate formula feedback procedure to related departments as representative of production.
代表生产部向相关部门发起配方反馈程序。
5. Work with R&D to introduce new product or process into production; trial production batch follow or making trail batch in lab if necessary;
协同R&D部门引进新产品或新工艺，必要时进行生产小批次试制跟单以及实验批次制作。
6. Work with project team to streamline the production process via modification or introduction of production equipment;
与项目团队一起通过改进或引入设备使生产过程流线型化
7. Train manufacturing employees on all existing and new procedures including HSE procedures; assist in training equipment operation; be key resource on updating of TS 16949 system documents;
对生产员工进行新流程及现有流程的培训，包括HSE程序；帮助进行设备培训；负责更新TS16949质量体系文件
8. Summarize monthly partials, on hold and disposal; be an active work-off team member;
