Job description:


1. Evaluate the new projects with Engineering/Project team and conduct necessary test accordingly
2. Collect and complete the Quality documents such as Control Plan/Work instruction/Material Certificate and Dimensional/Functional test reports from the factory
3. Compile the Inspection Instructions for final inspection
4. Deal with the Quality Complaints which come from US Headquarter and the customers
5. Conduct the Supplier survey periodically and achieve continuious improvement from the factory
6. Conduct In-process audit at Suppliers'site
7. Ability to build up a good quality system and good quality team.


Job Specifications:
1. Bachelor and major in Electronic Engineering
2. Have experience in LED and Power Supply test and evaluation
3. Solid Quality experience for 10 years minimum
4. Good Written and oral English
5. Act independently and good teamwork
6. At least 5 years management skills.
