Job responsibilities:

- Conduct initial industry research

- Draft feasibility analysis and business plan

- Develop new business ideas

- Meet potential business partners and vendors with Business development director

- Complete business plans and report to senior management

- Execute projects

- Liaise and cooperate with internal CN teams for resources

Job requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above

- At least 2 years working experience or strategy consulting project experience in Top 10 international management consulting company

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with clients

- Fervidly, conversational, attentive, initiative, proactive, responsible and team spirit

- Be fond of developing business as well as enjoying the achievements

- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Access, Excel and PowerPoint

- Full professional use of English
