As a marketing management trainee, you will work together with a group of energetic promoter team; grow and develop with them, and strive and finish the target with them.

A marketing management trainee must always play a good, positive, and energized role in the group. In order to manage the team and to achieve our target, you need to have insight of the psychological state for the team members and giving them proper advise and solution.

You will/职责描述:
Organize and supervise the day-to-day work of the team, help to achieving monthly target.负责团队（Marketing promotion consultant team）日常工作管理，工作安排，监督及带领团队完成部门的销售目标

Convey the superiors’ requirements and demands, and encourage team members.
传达上级要求，促进团队和谐平稳的工作状态，为团队提供支援，贯彻实施英孚教育企业精神，时刻把握团队成员的心理动向

Help to maintain the proper work status of the team; executing EF’s corporate culture and entrepreneurial spirit
帮助保持团队的良好工作状态，发扬英孚的企业文化和企业精神

React to problems promptly, timely reporting and giving feedback of the team.
按照部门要求，及时反馈团队业绩，人员工作状态，迅速解决团队中出现的问题

Improve and maintain the team working spirit by organizing various activities
通过组织各类活动不断提升团队合作精神，形成良性竞争氛围，优化团队工作状态。

You have/are/ 任职要求:
Graduates with college/bachelor degree are required
本科以上学历

Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
优秀的沟通能力，良好的洞察力和组织技巧

Self-motivated; detail oriented; flexible; able to work under pressure
上进心强，细致入微，灵活变通，能够承受一定的工作压力

Skills in MS office are required
熟练操作办公软件

Availability for working evenings and weekends
能适应早晚班和调休
