职位描述

- From our IC Sector, LMV division, LMV/BT Sales BU is looking for a sales strategy manager.

What are my responsibilities?
1. Aligned with BUs to set up product and sales strategy for domestic market

2. Support Sales GM to set up regional sales strategy and action plan
3. Making market analysis and report to sales management
4. Organize quarterly sales review meeting
5. Participate BU product release meeting on behalf of sales organization and follow up related sales action
6. Prepare PPT and other document for sales GM and CM
7. Making sales monthly report and quarterly report
8. Support Sales GM for day to day business

What do I need quality this position?
1. Master degree or above
2. Experience of strategy or consulting company
3. Fruit English in spoken and writing
4. Excellent PPT and Exel skill
5. Logic thinking and methodology
6. Mature communication skill
7. Experience in Power or Building technology market and company is a plus

What else do I need to know?
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. .
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
