职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Working as member of IT global competence network, together with IT teams to ensure 7x24 support in the region and also globally.
- Answering calls from IT system users, registering into ticketing system.
- Handling and dispatching tickets to relevant groups for problem resolving.
- Resolving user requests as 1st support over phone, or email and with remote assistant tools.
- Coordination of installation, maintenance of basis to IT infrastructures.
- Leading / involvement of technical improvements, responsible for documentation and reporting.
- Leading / involvement in projects.
Requirements:
- University degree in computer science or related disciplines.
- Minimum 12 months working experiences as 1st level IT service desk, preferable with multi-national company.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Service oriented and passionate about helping clients. Friendly and effective customer support.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. High attention to details.
- A proactive and 'can-do' attitude.
- Experience supporting users with installations, general troubleshooting and user problems relating to Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 7, Office.
- Knowledge of using the following systems is preferred.
