Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the China Operation head to manage the TJ overall plant operations

-Lead all department/plant managers in direction of all manufacturing activities to meet production schedules, quality /safety standards and production KPI such as cost/yield/loss control etc.

- Optimize all process parameter in competitive environment by providing technical support and management guidance

- Target to develop the best performance facility in China

- Be responsible for the operation performance including: production, engineering, R/M, logistics, EHS etc.

- Implement practices that ensure world-class safety and strive for zero incidents

- Supervise production of the plants and Lead to achieve or exceed the KPI

- Ensure metrics targets are planned and maintained to support the business plan and the business expectations for the existing product fleet

- Make sure company’s comprehensive standard manufacturing tools are in place to provide the appropriate supply of original equipment

- Drive actively to meet the business plan including achieving the targets for inventory control and schedule management

- Communicate, coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, quality, EHS, engineering, and logistics

Job Requirements:

-Degree in Engineering or Science

- Over 15 years management experience in manufacturing environment in grain and oil industry, preferable with multi-site management practice

-Familiar with overall plant operation management including crushing/refineries/Fract/specialty fat /logistic/Eng& Maint/EHS/PPIC etc.

- Good analysis ability to operation performance and have insights into improvement plans

-High level of experience and understanding of the latest business system across a range of disciplines such as materials management, production control, warehousing/logistics control, production system etc.

-Sound knowledge of the downstream oil industry participants and practices

-Be familiar and sensitive to the competitors’ performance and be able to catch the latest industry dynamics

-Command 5S knowledge and experience

- Good communication skills, coordination and leadership

-Good command of English.
