JD :

1) Support and coordinate EHS activities to fulfill ISO14001/OHSAS18001 requirement, also to meet Philips CSO requirement.
2) Collect the EHS information for regular meeting with management, prepare and follow the meeting minutes.
3) Facilitate external auditors (EHS) for smooth conducting of the surveillance visit to make sure the visit is well organized.
4) Communicate and facilitate the environment protection bureau, CDC agency with the half yearly monitoring to ensure the monitoring is performed on time and well organized;
5) Data input for the Eco vision program of Philips to ensure it complete on time ;
6) Facilitate EHS related company policy deployment through booklet, town meeting, quiz and questionnaire to help company policies deployed to all employees;
7) EHS related Law and regulation compliance updated and ensure the compliance with health and safety laws, regulations and policies set by the government;
8) Periodically Identify environment aspects and health & safety hazards and take corrective action;
9) Ensure the formulation and execution of EHS training plans. Ensure certifications are available for those jobs with operational certification requested;

Requirement

· Academic/Professional qualification
- College Degree or above for Chemical or environmental engineering background University.
· Work experience
- Minimum 2-years relevant experience, preferably with Multi-national Corporation.
· Expertise / Skills
- Have ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 certification, fluent oral and writing English, PC skill, understand ISO quality system is preferred.
