Job Description:*

Be part of the Microchip (Shenzhen) high speed IC team to develop advanced analog/mixed-signal low power high performance IC circuitry
to define the chip spec together with relevant department
to develop and verify the top or block circuit
to guide the layout designer for optimal physical design
to support application engineer for optimal solution
to plan and ensure the project development schedule
to supervise few junior analog designers

Job Requirements:
> MSEE with minimum 3 years of CMOS/BiCMOS analog circuit design experience with sub-micron processes
> Experence in at least one of the following areas: CDR, frequency synthersizer , DLL, Hi-speed driver, Serdes
> Min. 2 analog/mixed-signal IC development cycles including design, simulation & validation
> familiar with Verilog A and its modeling
> Exellent knowledge of CMOS technology
> Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking in the working environment
> Strong analytical skills, teamwork contributor and excellent communication skills
