POSITION DESCRIPTION
This person will be responsible for strategic enterprise sales of software and services within their designated territory.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Managing a forecast and achieving or exceeding the assigned quota for the territory.
  2. Territory Planning
  3. Account Prospecting
  4. Value Selling
  5. Quarterbacking sales process and resources support
  6. Conducting field visits & presentations, driving the sales process and proposing appropriate solutions for prospects and customers


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Intelligent, motivated, hard-charging individuals with track record of proven success are expected. The ability to communicate effectively is essential, along with a good working attitude and high ethical standards. Candidates with the right qualifications are assured a successful career in the company's demanding and performance focused culture. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in sales. Both experience candidates and those early in their sales careers may apply if they possess the required minimum qualifications.
  • Minimum of a four year college degree
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience with a successful track record of top performance and "stand out" sales achievements
  • Executive sales experience / value based selling experience
  • High activity sales environment where cold calls, field visits, pipeline management, etc. is "key" to success
